The event, renowned for bringing together prestigious educational institutions and eager prospective students, offered a vibrant platform for sharing opportunities and forging new connections. The Crown Institute booth attracted considerable attention from students, parents, and educational professionals alike. Throughout the fair, the Crown Institute team engaged in numerous meaningful conversations, offering guidance and providing detailed information about the institute’s diverse range of programs. The high volume of inquiries received was a testament to the growing interest in Crown Institute’s educational offerings. A significant highlight of the event was the collaboration with agency partners, BQPCA. Their unwavering support and professionalism were instrumental in ensuring a smooth and successful experience at the fair. Kathmandu University (KU) in Nepal and Crown Institute of Higher Education (CIHE) in Australia have announced a collaborative Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) program. Under this partnership, students complete the first two years of study at KU, while CIHE oversees the remaining two years in Australia. Each intake is capped at 30 students, offering them a chance to immerse themselves in both KU’s academic rigor and Australia’s dynamic IT landscape. For those who opt to continue in Nepal or face challenges obtaining an Australian visa, KU offers a seamless transition into its Bachelor of Computer Science or Bachelor of Technology in Artificial Intelligence programs. If 50% or more of the intake size requires this option, the Department will conduct a full-fledged BIT program in Nepal, allowing participants to complete the final two years at KU and graduate with a BIT degree from the university. Meanwhile, students who move on to CIHE will be eligible to receive dual degrees from both KU and CIHE. In addition to a more cost-effective fee structure, they can also take advantage of various scholarship opportunities. This new BIT program is expected to broaden academic horizons and equip aspiring IT professionals with a truly global perspective.

CIHE’s Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) (Birth to Five) program has received accreditation from the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA). This accreditation recognises the course as an approved early childhood qualification for Early Childhood Teachers under the National Quality Framework (NQF). The accreditation holds significant importance for both graduates and the early childhood education sector. Graduates from the program are now eligible to work as qualified Early Childhood Teachers across Australia, contributing to the development and learning of children from birth to five years of age. ACECQA accreditation ensures that the program meets national standards in early childhood education, covering essential areas such as child development, curriculum planning, and inclusive teaching practices. This recognition strengthens CIHE’s reputation as a provider of high-quality teacher education and assures students that their qualification is nationally recognized and valued by employers. The accreditation also addresses the growing demand for qualified early childhood educators in Australia.
