Bhumika Bhatia is an experienced Lecturer, researcher, and academic specializing in Early Childhood Education and Educational Psychology. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Education at Macquarie University, Australia, with a focus on early childhood development and teacher retention. With over ten years of teaching and research experience across higher education institutions in Australia and India.

She has served as a Sessional Lecturer at Victoria University (Sydney Campus), Southern Cross University and Excelsia College, and previously held an Assistant Professor position at Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi. She has extensive experience in curriculum development, student mentoring, and research supervision. Her academic expertise spans educational philosophy, early childhood care, Special education, and the organization and management of preschool education.

Beyond teaching, she is an active researcher with publications in peer-reviewed journals and contributions to book chapters on educational psychology, inclusion, and curriculum development.

She is also deeply involved in professional development, having reviewed e-learning content for national educational initiatives, developed modules for teacher education, and conducted workshops on early childhood education, special needs pedagogy, and digital learning strategies.
