Dr Thi Thao Vu

Dr. Thi Thao Vu has over 15 years of experience working in the field of Early Childhood Education (ECE). She was a former lecturer in the Faculty of Early Childhood Education at Hanoi National University of Education in Vietnam before moving to Australia. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Linguistics and Literature Education from Hanoi National University of Education, the top-ranked university in Education in Vietnam, complemented by a diploma in Early Childhood Education from Macquarie Community College in Sydney, Australia. Her academic journey culminated in the completion of a Ph.D. in Early Childhood Education at Murdoch University in Western Australia. Dr. Vu also holds the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, which is mandatory for qualified trainers and assessors in Australia. Dr. Vu’s research expertise spans diverse domains within the ECE field, including early literacy, second language development in early childhood settings, Indigenous education, curriculum in ECE, and assessment in ECE. She has a passion for working with children and enjoys conducting research in Early Childhood Education.
