Hui (Naomi) Zhu serves as a Lecturer in the Bachelor of Education program at the Crown Institution of Higher Education. With over five years of hands-on experience in early childhood services and a Master of Early Childhood Teaching (0-5) from Western Sydney University (completed 2020–2022), Naomi is dedicated to bridging theory and practice to prepare future educators for the dynamic field of early childhood education.

Naomi’s professional journey includes roles in diverse early childhood settings, where she designed inclusive curricula, championed play-based learning, and fostered holistic child development. This practical experience, combined with her academic focus on innovative pedagogical strategies for children aged 0–5, shapes her teaching philosophy. Naomi is committed to empowering students with evidence-based approaches, cultural responsiveness, and a deep understanding of the pivotal role early childhood educators play in cultivating lifelong learners.
