Nominated guardian
‘Nominated guardian’ refers to a person who has legal custody of an Under 18 Student studying at CIHE. A nominated guardian can be an international student’s parent or a relative who is aged over 21 and meets the eligibility criteria of good character to be approved by the Department of Home Affairs (DHA). can be the international student’s parent.
