Suitable relative
‘Suitable relative’ to be nominated as a carer includes a parent, spouse, de facto partner, brother, sister, step-parent, step-brother, step-sister, grandparent, aunt, uncle, niece or nephew, or step-grandparent, step-aunt, step-uncle, step-niece or step-nephew or any other family member recognised by CIHE, who is at least 21 years of age and considered to be of good character.
