You can access study skills workshops and one-to-one academic tutoring to build effective study habits, strengthen your academic writing and assessment skills, and grow your confidence in higher education.
Career coaching and employability support are also available to help you explore career options, develop workplace skills and prepare for professional opportunities, including work placements and internships.
Wellbeing and safety
Support for your wellbeing, safety and personal circumstances while you study.
We provide confidential counselling and wellbeing support to help you manage personal, emotional or study-related challenges. Students can also access information and support related to safety and wellbeing, as well as assistance for accessibility needs, health conditions or other circumstances that may affect their studies.
Hardship support and referrals are available for students experiencing unexpected personal or financial difficulties.
Your rights, voice and advocacy
Support to ensure you are heard, treated fairly and supported when issues arise.
We provide clear and confidential processes for complaints and appeals, along with guidance and advocacy to help you understand your options. Students are also encouraged to share feedback and contribute to student life through the Student Representative Council, ensuring your voice is represented within our community.
