The governance framework for Crown Institute of Higher Education Pty Ltd trading as ‘CIHE Australia’ is set out below.
The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the Corporate Governing Body of CIHE Australia, with overall responsibility for the institution, including its finances, strategic direction and governance.
The directors are:
- Professor John Gray – Independent Chair
- Dr Darryl Gauld OAM – Independent Director
- Mr Deepak Khadka – Director
- Mr John McPartland – Independent Director
- Ms Samichhya Khadka – Independent Director
The Academic Board
The Academic Board is delegated responsibility by the Board of Directors for the academic governance of CIHE Australia. This includes academic policy making, academic administration and oversight of the educational process. The Academic Board establishes academic committees as required to advise on various academic matters.
