Sydney, October 15, 2023 – The Crown Institute of Higher Education (CIHE) is delighted to announce the successful conclusion of its inaugural Table Tennis Tournament, held at our Pacific Highway, North Sydney campus on October 13, 2023. The event was part of CIHE’s ongoing commitment to fostering student engagement and holistic development through a variety of extracurricular activities.
The tournament was timed to coincide with the end of the examination period, providing students with a much-needed opportunity to unwind, celebrate their hard work, and engage in friendly competition. The event also featured a barbeque and drinks, adding to the festive atmosphere. We are proud to announce that the tournament was won by Yulesh Mahat, who is now the reigning CIHE Table Tennis Champion. We congratulate Yulesh on his outstanding performance and commend all participants for their sportsmanship and enthusiasm. At CIHE, we believe that extracurricular activities such as this tournament play a crucial role in promoting holistic student development. They provide opportunities for students to develop leadership and communication skills, foster a sense of community, and enhance their overall educational experience.
